 Price Guarantee

The quotation you receive from us will be the amount you will be invoiced, unless there are any additional charges due to any extras you the customer ordered after work has started, if this is the case we will add them to the original quotation and send it to you for acceptance.

We guarantee to have the job completed to your complete satisfaction. Please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

The work shall be covered by warranty on parts specified by the individual manufacturer. The warranty does not cover vandalism, deliberate damage and damage by other trades.

Notice of the right to cancel

By accepting this quotation, you are agreeing to a contract, and is written approval for the work to begin.

However, if you wish to cancel the contract you must do so in writing by sending by post or email during a period of 14 calendar days.

Once the quotation is agreed I will send you a Notice of the Right to Cancel Form. Complete only if you wish to cancel the contract this complies with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

What happens if something goes wrong?

In the unlikely event, there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

NICEIC – Platinum Promise

Also, being an NICEIC registered contractor all are customers are covered by their Platinum Promise.

Payment Terms

 Payments, Terms 7 Days

 For Jobs over £2,000.00 payment conditions apply:

 •First payment (deposit) of 40% to be paid at start of work.

 •Second Payment of 30% to be paid after first fix.

 •Third Payment of 30% to be paid on completion + any extras.

 For Domestic Rewires - All cabling will be chased into walls, switches and sockets recessed using 35mm boxes and will be installed at the following heights: min 450mm from floor and max 1200mm from the finished floor level to comply with BS7671:2008 Amd3:2015 553.1.6/OSG H6 for new dwellings but I recommend complying this to domestic rewires too. Consumer units to be mounted between 1350mm and 1450mm above floor level as to be out of reach of children.

All pendant lights we supply will be in white, unless the customer supplies their own decorative ceiling lights. Down lights will be in white and LED dimmable lamps installed. MK white standard sockets and switches will be supplied unless the customer states otherwise.

This quote does not include making good plaster and decoration this will be done by others.

When required on completion, the installation will be certified with an NICEIC installation certificate and building control notified for any notifiable work.

 Before your job is started

No addition or alteration, temporary or permanent, shall be made to an existing installation, unless it has been ascertained that the rating and condition of any existing equipment, including that of the distributor, will be adequate for the altered circumstances. Furthermore, the earthing and bonding arrangement, if necessary for the protective measure applied for the safety of the addition or alteration, shall be adequate.

To ensure we can put things rights as soon as possible, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

Which? Trusted Traders

Where we are unable to resolve your complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a which Trusted trader we use dispute resolution ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them.
